holding what gives you life
What is the Prayer of Examen? Examen is a form of prayer practiced by many people but it was made famous through the Society of Jesus, who are also called the Jesuits. It was developed by Ignatius of Loyola and is an integral piece of Ignatian Spirituality. There are 3-5 movements, depending on the source you are using. I encourage to do what feels comfortable for you. peace, cindy
